As much as it pains him, Rooney admitted other signings like Jeremie Frimpong make them dangerous contenders. He’s backed them to win, even though they tripped up at the Community Shield. Rooney also predicts Arsenal will once again claim second place, behind Liverpool, with Manchester City and Chelsea completing the top four. Apparently, he’s dusted off that old United jersey, or maybe it’s just wishful thinking!
