Tuchel Dishes on Grealish’s England Bench-Warming…
Jack Grealish, the man with the hair that’s as famous as his dribbles, has come clean about why he missed the cut for England’s squad. Over tea and crumpets (probably), Tuchel spilled the beans about his chat with the Manchester City fashion icon. Apparently, Grealish himself confessed to being more stop-start than a wonky Wi-Fi connection, admitting his form isn’t exactly screaming “pick me!”
Despite his exclusion, Tuchel couldn’t help but gush about Grealish like a schoolboy with a celebrity crush. From his fearless attitude to those artful swoons under Bernabeu’s pressure, Grealish remains the apple of Tuchel’s football eye. But even with that, Tuchel indicated that being a bench-warmer isn’t doing Jack’s mojo any favors. The itch for rhythm is real, and when Anthony Gordon dances onto the pitch, he’s got the rhythm of a seasoned rocker!
At 29, Grealish has racked up 39 England caps, but watching other players like Anthony Gordon get more game-time isn’t his cup of tea. Looks like Grealish might need an instructional video on how to dazzle more consistently! Until then, fans will be eagerly awaiting the comeback of his legendary flair and, of course, those equally fabulous calves!
